Good reasons to write

• A spec looks wrong. Tell us the feeder and link the brand's page or manual, and we'll check it.
• A feeder we should cover. Send the model name and the brand's product page.
• A privacy request. Put "Privacy request" in the subject. See the privacy policy for your rights.
• Brands: we welcome spec sheets and manuals. We don't accept payment for placement or reviews.

What we can't help with

We don't sell feeders, so for orders, delivery, returns or warranty claims, contact the seller (for example Amazon) or the feeder's brand. If a feeder is beeping, jammed or won't dispense, our feeder help pages list each brand's own fixes and support links.
