Lights, beeps and error messages

Food jams
Not a kibble dispenser: a rotating 5-tray carousel with a motorised compartment lid. Overfilling (over 80-90%) can spill during rotation. The anti-pinch lid rebounds if blocked. Food at the dispensing position (Tray 1) isn't cooled, so it should be eaten within 2 hours.
Setting it up
- Place it on a flat, level, hard surface (not carpet) with at least 30 cm clear around the side vents (the product page says 15 in / 38 cm from the wall). Plug in; the status light flashes white.
- Install the Smart Life or Tuya app. With phone Bluetooth on, hold the Wi-Fi pairing button 3 seconds until it beeps twice and the icon flashes, then tap Add Device and enter your Wi-Fi password (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz).
- Press the lid release, take out the bowls and fill each to 80-90% with high-moisture wet food, then put them back without spilling liquid inside.
- In the app's Auto mode, add a schedule per tray (lid-open time 15 min-4 h, at least 30 minutes between meals) with optional Auto Heating (15 min summer / 25 min winter), then close the top lid and leave it shut.
- Pro only: optionally record a custom feeding message in the app's camera view.
Cleaning
Unplug before cleaning and never submerge the base. Wipe the feeding area dry. After schedules finish, remove and wash the bowls: the stainless bowls are dishwasher-safe up to 70 C (158 F), but the rotating tray is not. Wipe condensation from the cooling area (don't rinse). Unlatch the rotating compartment lid to wash it, and wipe the gap around it. Clean pet hair from the air inlet every 7 days.
Power and batteries
12 V 10 A (120 W) DC adapter; no battery backup. The adapter getting warm is normal per the FAQ. Cooling holds about 4-6 C (39-43 F) at normal room temperature, and works best below 25 C (77 F).
Wi-Fi and the app
2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi plus Bluetooth (Smart Life / Tuya apps). One main phone plus up to 8 shared users; no subscription required. Per the product page, if Wi-Fi drops it keeps following the preset schedule, but remote control and camera need a connection.
