Food jams

Dry food under 0.5 in (about 12 mm) across; oneisall tested with 0.3 in kibble. Keep the tank and outlet dry, and clean the outlet if food stops there (see E-01).

How to reset it

Turn the dial to the reset icon, then press and hold the dial 7 seconds; two beeps confirm the factory reset.

What a reset erases: Restores factory settings; the manual doesn't list what is erased.

Setting it up

  1. Assemble the feeder: oneisall gives assembly only as a QR-code video, not as written steps. Fit the bowls on their holders, add dry kibble under 0.5 in and connect the Type-C cord. 4 AA batteries are an optional backup.
  2. If the screen shows the lock, press and hold the dial 3 seconds to unlock.
  3. Set the clock first: turn the dial to TIME SET, click, then turn and click to confirm hours and minutes separately (12-hour clock). oneisall warns that schedules drift if the clock isn't set.
  4. Set meals: choose FEED PLAN, pick a meal number (up to 6), set its time, set the portion count (applies to each bowl), click to confirm, then repeat for other meals. Leave the dial untouched 10 seconds to return to the main screen.
  5. Optional: at REC, press and hold the dial to record a call of up to 10 seconds; it plays back as a preview.

Cleaning

Don't soak the main unit in water. Bowls are 304 stainless steel. Written cleaning steps are replaced by a QR-code video. Throw away a broken desiccant bag; for replacement desiccant oneisall says to email support. No dishwasher guidance or desiccant schedule.

Power and batteries

5 V DC 1 A over a Type-C cord (recommended), plus 4 AA batteries as backup. On batteries only the display turns off after 30 seconds but feeding works normally. The battery icon appears only on battery power and flashes when low. Unplug and remove the batteries if storing the feeder.

Wi-Fi and the app

None on this model (dial and LED display). Wi-Fi is only on the separate PFD-002 Pro.

Warranty

Standard 2-year warranty, which excludes used items, unauthorised sellers and consumables. Support: support@oneisall.com, +1 877-522-8578 (US, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PST).
