Food jams
Rotating 6-slot tray, not a kibble auger. If the tray jams it reverses to free itself; if the jam persists it shows E01 and stops until you clear it and press a button. Don't overfill the slots.
Setting it up
- Take out the two foam shipping pieces between the food plate and the ice pack, and clean the feeder so the mechanism is free of debris.
- Charge the built-in battery over USB-C (5 V 1 A), then flip the switch underneath to ON. The feeder starts unlocked.
- Set the clock (24-hour): press Hr for hours (0-23) and Min for minutes, saving with Set or by waiting 3 seconds.
- Schedule meals: press Set (slot 1 flashes), set the hour and minute, then press Set again for slots 2-6.
- Push the button to lift off the lid, add dry or wet food without overfilling (dry about 10 fl oz, wet about 7 fl oz per slot), fit a frozen ice pack if wanted and refit the lid. Test it once without food.
Cleaning
Press the button to open and lift off the lid, take out the food tray and the ice pack. The manual has no further washing or dishwasher guidance. Ice packs keep food fresh about 4-6 hours (another section says 6-8 hours).
Power and batteries
Cordless: built-in 3.7 V 3600 mAh rechargeable lithium battery charged over USB-C (5 V 1 A). The low battery triggers a beep and red light. No runtime figure is given.
Wi-Fi and the app
